Goodman Farmstead is a small, family-owned lavender farm located in Scio, Oregon. Zach and Heather purchased the property in 2022, and began restoring the existing lavender fields on the property back to good health while they dreamt of someday sharing the beauty of the farm with others.

The lavender fields at Goodman Farmstead have over 800 lavender plants growing on a hillside with a lovely view of the valley below. There is both English and French lavender, encompassing eleven cultivars which include Provence, Royal Velvet, Pacific Blue, Gros Bleu, Riverina Alan, Riverina Thomas, Grosso, Grosso Alba, Edelweiss, and Melissa. The lavender season typically spans from late May to late July.

They desire for the farm to be a place to welcome others to relax, make meaningful memories, and soak in the beauty of God’s created world. Their faith shapes the way they care for the land, serve their community, and welcome each person who visits the farm. Zach and Heather believe beauty, creativity, and hospitality are gifts meant to be shared, and are grateful for the opportunity to share them with you.
